TC Clamp

Note: The TC clamp is used to clamp two TC ferrules together. A TC gasket is installed between the ferrule for a complete seal. 304 SS mat.

TC Gasket

Note: TC gaskets are stocked in buna, silicone and Teflon material. The gasket seats between two TC ferrules. Buna is the most common material used. Silicone or Teflon are used for higher temperature applications depending on customer preference.

TC Ferrule

Note: The TC ferrule is one end of a three part connection. This is the most commonly used type of sanitary process pipe connection. Ferrules have 1-1/8 in. necks. Longer and shorter necks are available. 304 SS mat.

TC Cap

Note: The TC cap is used to seal the end of a tube, fitting or valve which has a TC ferrule. A gasket and clamp attach the cap. 304 SS mat.

TC 90 deg. Elbow

Note: The 90 deg. elbow has TC connections on each end. TC elbows allow lines to be broken down for sanitizing. Butt-weld elbows available. 304 SS mat.

TC Eccentric Reducer
